4. GhostEngine Universal Pixel
When our customers install the GhostEngine pixel on their websites, the pixel sets the cookies listed in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 above on the customer's domain. The pixel collects:
- Page views and navigation events
- Conversion events (form submissions, purchases, signups)
- Attribution data (which ad brought the visitor)
- Device and browser information
- Session identifiers (randomly generated, not personally identifiable)
All personally identifiable information (email addresses, phone numbers, names) is hashed using SHA-256 before transmission to our servers. Raw PII is never stored.
